Located in the Haliburton Highlands approximately 2 1/2 hours from Toronto, north of Minden Ontario on highway #35 at Halls Lake.

A great private vacation location with cabins and housekeeping cottages on Halls Lake, central to all the group activities the Haliburton Area has to offer and is noted for being a small quiet cozy country resort.

The main lodge has a gathering room for 35 people which helps support weekend reunions, conference meetings, company and business retreats and private holiday rental spot for families.

The Loralea is your small vacation rental resort comprised of seven cabins and cottages specializing in family retreats or club reunions and small group vacations.

Groups of 25 to 45 people - Rent the whole resort giving you a private vacation spots to rent - Reunion activities on site for all to enjoy.

• Night campfire with song, family stories of the past and a late night swim
• Cross country skiing lessons right at the resort by "Ski for Life" followed by skiing the trails at the Leslie Frost Centre
• Dogsledding for the whole family at Winterdance to the Haliburton Forest
• Downhill or snowboarding at Sir Sam's
• Euchre tournaments or bridge club getaways
• A family day at Santa's Village or Algonquin Park
• Walk in the Clouds - Haliburton Forest
