Here is some information on renting cottages for the summer time period.
- 5% book a year in advance
- 18% start booking in January
- 20% in February, March and April
- 15% book in May for summer
- 30% book in June
- 12% book in July and August and most people have to settle for whatever dates that are left vacant, or are referred to another resort.

Pets are welcomed while on your summer or winter holidays with advanced notice, rules do apply - short leashes at all times - clean up after pets - not to be left alone in cabin - not allowed on furniture - not to be annoying to other guest - not allowed on beach area at any time - these rules must be adhered to for the comfort & safety of all.
