The Haliburton Highlands is a great place to visit in all the seasons. From skiing, dogsledding and snowmobiling in winter, atving, sailing and collecting them sun rays on summer vacations, to hiking and taking in the Fall Colors tours in autumn, there is something for everyone. The Highlands is close to the famous Algonquin Park and Haliburton Forest Reserve. The Haliburton area has plenty of sights to see and trails to hike on where you will run into the official flower of Ontario, the trillium, a delicate white three petalled flower that grows in profusion in the wild woodlands of the province in early spring. Every year were lucky enough to spot a few on the resort grounds. You may even run into one of our four legged friends like a deer, moose or black bear.

Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, offers a variety of fun activities and museums to fill your day. The Ontario tourist cannot leave Ottawa without visiting Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, and the National Gallery.

Known as the honeymoon capital, Niagara Falls is one of Ontario's main tourist attractions. Twelve million tourists flock here every year to witness the wonder of the falls. Niagara Falls is open and active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, just like us, never close and we're always around to welcome our resort guests.

Good sand sculpture sand is somewhat dirty, having silt and clay that helps lock the irregular shaped sand grains together, so we're not perfect we just have beach sand.
