Energy Therapy in the Haliburton Highlands

Lynn Deringer APP has had a passion for holistic health for most of her life. She has practiced her specialized form of reflexology for over 30 years. Lynn is certified in Polarity Therapy, which tunes the vital force through deep bodywork & focused meditation. She is also credentialed in Therapeutic Touch and Aromatherapy Massage. Presently she is studying Bio-dynamic Craniosacral Therapy at the Francis Daunt Health Centre in Peterborough. From her own land she wildcrafts teas, oils, and tinctures under the trade name Rockrose.

With a PhD in anthropology from McGill, Doug Smith taught for almost 20 years at York University. In that same period he became registered as a massage therapist and went on to acquire a doctorate in homeopathy. Doug is the author of numerous articles and several books in the field of homeopathic medicine, including The Powders of Mattie Hardinge and The Canadian Institute of Homeopathy, Minutes and Proceedings 1876-1945. His translation of The Homeopathic Treatment of Lyme Disease by Peter Alex has recently been published by HomeopathyWest.

 

Together, Lynn and Doug practice energy therapy and counseling from their rural home in the Haliburton Highlands. They are skilled in a spectrum of approaches that seek to heal, balance and strengthen the vital body. Through consultation with their clients, they determine which approach will yield optimum results.
